Micah Lynch

Micah Lynch has been teaching dance for 20+ years and started dancing at the early age of 3 years old. Her love for dance is evident. Her passion for the art and her heart for the people are very clear when she walks into the room. “If you ever met her, you would know that 90% of everything in her head is in lyrics and dance routines!”

Although Micah’s specialties are in the tap and hip-hop genre, she is an "all-around" dance choreographer who is trained in virtually all dance subjects and is competent and effective working with dancers of all ages. Her pre-school students love her while her older performance and competition classes praise her innovation routines that always win top placement. She was in her first instructional hip-hop video that sold over 5,000 copies in 1999 at the age of 18. Micah is a familiar face in the competition world and even more in the community.

Micah is always trying to find a way to make an impact in this world with kids, teens and adults through dance. Micah has studied with some of the world’s most notable choreographers such as Wade Robson, Marty Kydelka, Roger Lee, Joe Tremaine, Scott Benson, Tucker, Matt Stefani and more.

She was born in Fort Worth and now resides in North Richland Hills, TX. She is an accomplished dancer, instructor, and choreographer. When asking her “What inspires you to teach” her answer is genuine and heartfelt – “Dance is the one thing that can bring all religions, nationalities, sex, race, and ages all together for a unified front. Not only does it build confidence, courage and strength it can heal some of the most broken places, give peace to the unsettled and bring happiness to a place where it’s never been. Dance is my everything but even more I think every child, teen or adult should be able to experience something so life changing and my goal is to make that happen!”
